What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message, which may include your child's age and the schools you're interested in.
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how the site is used: for example which pages are visited, the type of device and the approximate country of the visitor. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set; Google may still receive basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was loaded, which are not used to identify you. How enquiry forms are handled
Form submissions on this site are sent directly to an internal team messaging channel so an advisor can respond quickly. This means your message is processed by our messaging provider as well as by us; it is not stored in a public or customer-facing database.
